We reserve the right to refuse service

To maintain a peaceful spa environment, we will not tolerate unprofessional behaviors from either our techs or our clients. Disruptive behaviors will result in refusal of service. The disruptive client is responsible for paying partially or in full for the service(s) provided.

Not satisfied with your service?

To prevent potential problems, we do not issue discounts nor refunds. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let the manager know immediately and we will try our best to fix it or we will remedy the problem some other way if it's beyond an immediate fix.  Most problems are fixable if you speak up in time and let us know.

Add-on charges

Please ask for pricing before you begin services. There are many add-on services that may tack on extra charges such as getting shiny colors, french, cut downs, etc... If your bill doesn't add up, we will be happy to break it down item by item for you.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are not refundable. Services on the certificate may be exchanged for other equivalent services. No cash value, cannot be used to purchase items that are not services (such as polish). We honor expired gift certificates as long as they are within 3 years from the date of purchase.
